It is the solution to store each document very securely and thus be able to have it protected and when it is needed, find it efficiently

DocuWare makes all document management easier to manage, for example searching for documents, classifying and filing, it saves time by having this organized and when I need a document it is much easier to find and not waste a lot of time searching, and each document is secure

DocuWare has automated pulling of invoice data in emails and scans that is achieved by intelligent indexing and OCR. It has enabled them to fill in vendor, date and amount fields accurately and cut down error in the Month end closings.

Cons:

Silently failed Folder Import tool may block the large batch upload without notifying me. The lack of some documents could also be identified only at downstream operations.

Invoices are easily accessible. I love that there are separate tabs that can keep the vendors separate to create a more user-friendly experience.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to look up invoices if you do not have all the information. Otherwise it is a good tool to have.
