Pros:

This solution has been a game changer by allowing us to create a tailored onboarding workflow template that ensures all details are meticulously managed as we bring each new client on board.

Cons:

The ability to identify bot failures is not very user-friendly, however, that said, the talented support staff is always available for live chat with little to no wait which helps address any questions or issues quickly.

The workflows that are supposedly associated with PandaDoc weren't at all what we were looking for.

To satisfy a more complex onboarding process. I was looking for more than a simple esignature solution.

I like that the platform is user friendly and that there are regular updates with new capabilities.

Cons:

Usually the issues I have are user error and something that I am missing in my logic, I have nothing negative to say about the platform

airSlate is much more cost effective rather than paying for each sent document. airSlate also allows for much more automation and personalization to the document and the process flows.

It’s just okay…

I would prefer to use a different program every time I log on. We used to use PDF filler which was a much better interface with better features.

Some of the editing capabilities are nice.

Cons:

It’s not a natural flow of document sharing and could be much more user friendly. Instead of it being easy to understand you have to learn another program and try to help your clients figure it out as well.

Pros:

There is a lot of configuration that you can do to customize your process.

Cons:

The setup is a little difficult, particularly when you are trying to collect information in a form and then move it into other document for signature. The bots that are used for this are problematic and respond verry slowly if you have a lot of fields.

AirSlate provided similar ability to configure workflows, but better intigration and cost.

I wish airSlate forms expired, because we have many 'floating' in the workflows, which clusters the workflow

It is a highly versatile and user-friendly platform. The use of bots, without requiring any API integration, is very intuitive for workflow creators.

Cons:

At Oficina Ágil, we are official partners and distributors of airSlate in Latin America. However, the Spanish version of the platform still has inconsistencies. Additionally, there are intermittent operational issues (e.g., the message: 'Sorry, it's us, not you'), and there is also a need to enable certain features, such as offline platform operation.
