    BeyondTrust - The last remote support tool you will buy.

    We started out with just a few licenses and during COVID added more since more users were at home but afterwards we realized how great it was and kept our licenses because we use it so much more.

    We have loved everything about this tool. The fact that we can easily remote into any machine, whether on campus or off and if they are connected to the domain we can do a jump straight to that device without having the user do anything.
    Cons:
    I don't know that I have found anything I don't like about BeyondTrust Remote Support. If I had to say anything it might be that it's complicated to add SSO users as admins.

    Extensive feature set that just works

    Since we have started using Remote Support 5 years ago our small team has been able to more proactively help our employee base as more and more have moved to remote roles.

    Remote Support when it's needed has been the most impactful for our business. With under a minute set up time we can get on with our Windows and Mac users to review their software difficulties in real time.
    Cons:
    It would be nice if there was an even quicker workflow when working on macOS computers to pre-approve the Remote Support software in our environment.

    what i like most about remote support that It helps me to connect to my colleague's computers and solve for them many issues that they are faces in a few seconds it's one of the best remote software

    what i like least about remote support that it lags little when i get connecting to my colleagues's computer but not for long it's just for a few seconds then it returns nice and easy

    Good and secure software for online remote support to other users.

    Definitely doing online support in a secure way is important among many companies, specially that remote work is increasing.

    It is a light application, that offers a lot of functionality to do online remote support, including taking control over the other computer, transferring files, etc.
    Cons:
    It would be great if audio transmission was also possible, doing supports while using the audio computer would be a great addition (at least the version I was using did not have this functionality, maybe newer versions have it).

    We used this for a semester when I was in school for remote learning and it was very easy to get a hang of. I really liked it. It seemed very reliable to me and I liked it over a lot of other remote programmers.
    Cons:
    Cons from what I heard it was very pricey and some of the teachers reported security breaches which could of messed up all of all information we had in this software. That was a little scary.

    We heard great things about this software I had to drop out by my second semester unfortunately so I'm not sure which software they decided to go with.

    I was amazing for what it was doing for us. I wished we would have kept it but it was not adopted so it is gone now.

    I like that one you have the agent on the machine and it is hooked to to the internet you can use the tool to remote on to the system at will. No user interaction is need as long as you have to correct access.
    Cons:
    I really did not run in to any issues in the short time we had the the remote tool. I have noting bad to say about it.

    We need something more focused on true remote assistance. We still have Zoho in house for ticketing system and other things.

    Best remote login software ever. I never thought LogMeIn Rescue would be conquered, but this one takes the cake (mainly because it's so integrated that I don't have to spend 15 minutes trying to get non-tech savvy users to access LogMeIn and input the code
    Cons:
    No cons! Great for file transfer, remote access, break/fix, and all your other IT needs helping remote users

    User friendly and easy to adapt to it. It has great features that allows you to do everything in one place. Two factor authentication and remote desk top support are great.
    Cons:
    Chat section lacking, difficult to configure and also time consuming, price is very high. Creating the remote session key can get a bit buggy,
