How easy it was to set up and that it integrates perfectly with Google Workspace, since we don't use a traditional AD or IAM software we rely heavily on integrations with Google and Mosyle have really managed to make it easy and seamless to connect with almost zero hiccups.
Cons:
The interface can sometimes be a tad slow and one thing that I sometimes get a bit frustrated about is navigating in the management console since it's all in the same page. I like to hit backspace/back button on my mouse to go back but that takes me away from the management console. With that fixed I would rate this 5/5 rather than 4.5/5

Since we're a mixed environment company but heavily into the Apple products it was easy to decide that we should focus on an MDM built for Apple products. Comparing pricing and features Mosyle came out as the clear winner.

The system is easy to use and understand, the support is fantastic
Cons:
I would like some Chrome management in iOS devices and I find that the remote screen options do not work most of the time. I can not screen share on a device when I am trying to troubleshoot.

Overall I don't interact with the app much. It's easy enough to install updates but the notifications drive me a bit nuts.

Its notifications are constantly bugging me. I also didn't like that some apps got installed without my say-so. I appreciate this is part of the feature set but would have wanted a heads up *before* those were installed.

Good, solid product,, reliable, a bit cumbersome

Once I filed tickets I made my way through. A number of heart stopping moments though and we did uncover a core bug with Mosyle and Safari. The enrollment process was pretty heinous but that appears to be the case for all MDM tools (it's no better with ManageEngine or Jamf Pro). Mosyle has an opportunity to automate way more of this - I wrote a twenty page doc to share with others how to do it.

Affordable, reasonable UI, solid functionality, really like the Fuze features
Cons:
Very difficult to find mappings of standard iOS settings to suggested profiles or profile types. If I want to manage the device, I want to manage the device. This is only for the native settings, not app-specific settings. Basically: you need way more documentation, and way less "file a ticket".

Great MDM for its price

after Covid started we searched good MDM solution, so we selected between Intune (too small opportunities), Jamf ( too high price) and and accidentally saw Mosyle. There was few times lower price than Jamf, so we decided to try. There is very helpful and quick support and they helped to configure all needed features if we have issues.

Mosyle: Started for Schools with Macs - A MUST HAVE for Businesses with Macs

Very good. From the beginning of the POC all the way to present-day they help me to answer questions I can't find in their KB to helping me with a script when it doesn't do what I expect.

Moysle is very simple to connect to your Apple account and setup as a MDM. In fact, Moysle Tech Support / Pre-Sales did this with us as we setup our Proof of Concept (POC) so it was super painless. They helped us with program snippets, as well as showed us how to work and have been continuously helpful, even after I've gotten my sea-legs with their tool.
Cons:
Moysle does take time to truly understand what you are doing. their interface is very good, but Apple themselves make it so you need to track down a lot of different pieces of info like AppID bundles, etc to truly harness the power of managing them.

No, minimums, the cost PLUS the ability to do a full POC and manage some Macs to see if the tool works for what we need was paramount.
