Pros:

I really love that folks can search videos. My school platform didn't have a way to really search content, only titles, and now they can find anything in the text or the videos.

Cons:

They always seem to add features when I ask for them, so there's nothing I can think of.

Reasons for choosing Omnisearch

It was removable from my site, so it wasn't a forever commitment. They seemed to really know their stuff - and they do!

Keeps me ahead of the competitors

It's helped my profit margin and puts me ahead of the competitors, which are other trainers who provide video training without a search capability.

Pros:

Since most of my training consists of videos, and a lot of my students take my courses but use the courses as a reference after taking them, this search functionality has been a huge benefit.

Cons:

When you see the list of times that the keyword is mentioned, at the bottom of a video, the times are not clickable, at least when using Chrome.
