Outstanding company with superlative service!

It has been nothing short of perfect in every way these many years and I am a published author on customer service. They have transcended satisfaction and moved to winning my complete loyalty. They helped me design and administer my customized Strength-based Leader 360 Profile and I use it in my coaching. It has helped many leaders develop personal growth plans. I always appreciate how easy it is to contact them and how quickly they respond. Though I have never personally met [sensitive content hidden] I feel they are my caring friends and supporters. I do hope to meet them someday!

Excellent product with superb customer service! I have used them to set up and administer hundreds of customized surveys over the past many years. They have never once let me down! Their team is invariably friendly and instantly responsive. My sincerest accolades to [sensitive content hidden] and the rest of the fine team. I cannot more positively recommend them.

Cons:

I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I like least! In all my professional years I have not been able to say that about any company!

Cons:

- reports aren't always reader friendly and can't customize beyond what options are there

Reasons for choosing SurveyConnect

This was already a service we were using when I came on board. The only reason we would consider changing would be price and customizable report functions.

It is easy to add indexes or other reporting features, which makes it easier to customize our 360 for clients.

Cons:

Would like more ability to extend surveys or send notifications myself without having to email someone.

Pros:

The "set it and forget it" aspect. I can begin a survey, then be totally hands off until it is time to compile the data into a report. This is done simply with the click of a button and a comprehensive copy of the report is generated.

Cons:

I cannot think of any cons I have in the capacity that we use the service.

Ease of use and great support staff. respond quickly and help us collect the data. quick to respond when we have questions or need adjustments or follow up reminders.

Cons:

nothing really - we have had good luck with them and they are very responsive. we developed an instrument and they administer it through the platform. do a nice job.
