Cons:
Reporting can feel a bit limited unless you export and slice the data yourself. A few workflows also take more clicks than they should.

The messaging system Is pretty responsive and never gave me any issues. I enjoyed the fact that I was able to communicate with my mentor in a seamless and effective environment
Cons:
I felt quite troubled with the notification system, maybe an option for it to notify you through a mobile app would be nice.

Simple to use in growing professional development and helps establish the implementation process. The program is an easy 5 stars making the mentorship program easy, simple almost no learning curve needed to get over. I would highly recommend this in any survey needed. Best Value for money on the market in my opinion.
Cons:
No issues with the program in the several mentorships that I have had. The program needs no form of modification.

I loved how organized and well-planned out the structure and layout of the platform is. It's very easy and convenient to use.
Cons:
Nothing! Maybe the meeting platform can be improved a bit, it felt too impersonal. It felt more like watching a youtube video :( however, it was convenient that I could pause the video, which prevents anyone from missing anything important.
