Es muy sencilla de implementar y de usar, antes de CINCEL no conocía otra aplicación mexicana que hiciera estas validaciones, siempre era un tema técnico en donde se tenían que conectar por WS.

Cons:

Es una herramienta bastante buena por lo que no le veo ningún contra.
