Pros:

A supervisor conducting performance evaluations for an employee may access the employee's prior assessment, objectives, comments, and any comments they made on them during the year through a drop-down option on the very same tab.

Cons:

It notifies all multi-raters whenever I email them a memo, etc. I'd want to choose who is informed or notified. I'd like to change the text, background color, and other settings on the dashboard, as well as the anniversary wishes.

Interaction among peers, rewards, quests and gamefication elements are included. Simple and great design.

Cons:

Software is simple and that's great. Personally sometimes I want more engagement from my colleagues, but it's a question changing habits.

Pros:

Elements of gamification combined with ease of use and accessibility makes using Efectio seem like anything but work. It is incredible how easy it was to start using it within our team and within few weeks it was part of our daily check-ins and learning. It's also very affordable, in our case only 3EUR per employee.

Cons:

Nothing, just wish something like this existed years ago.

Pros:

I really like that Efectio promotes consistency - employees have to complete exercises on daily basis. We can pick our areas for improvement and work on them consistently!

Cons:

There were no specific features that employees don't enjoy. The tool is great!

Pros:

I am not alone in my study process! This is important both in learning and team development process. Possibility to share with my colleagues, some competitive area works very good!

Cons:

For me, as for trainer, was real "headache" to create micro-learning programme :) How can I put material that usually takes 2-3 hours into 2 minutes? But at the end of day I recognised that essence always takes so long! 1-2 minutes, short discussion or short task, but every day, can give sometimes even more comparing to long reads and hours of trainings. Really like this short tasks and mini-theory. Making 1 small step every day takes me much further!
