Easy to use

Pros:

It really helps in assessing large number of candidates with it's auto scoring mechanism and we can filter it quickly.

Cons:

If we have a separate page for shortlisted candidates from all assessments it would make our life easier

Great platform for Assessment Test. Made the Hiring Easy!

I was looking for software that can help us in conducting the Assessment Test for hiring. The registration count was very high and it was impossible to conduct the test on paper. That's when I found Evalgator on the Internet. The platform is very clean and easy to understand. You don't need any training from their support to understand how to use the product although the support team is very responsive. Setting the Assessment test, setting the questions, onboarding the candidates, sending invites and reminders, and then the result - I like all these features about the Evalgator. Very well recommended!!

Pros:

Creating Assessment Test.Cloning the Assessment Test was a great feature.Setting up the questions with their test cases.Results are published instantly once the test gets completed.

Cons:

The registration process for candidates who are going to appear for the Assessment test was a bit tedious however they made it simple once we provided feedback to their team.The code writing interface (IDE) can be improved a bit where more suggestions can help the user to write the proper logic.

Hi Vishnu, Sorry to hear that you had this bad experience. The trial test option will be visible to the candidates once they register successfully. After registration, they can take the trial test any time before the actual assessment starts. Once the assessment is started, candidates cannot take a trial test, they can only take an actual test. A very supportive team. They are always prepared to extend any support needed, and have a quick turn around.

Cons:

There could be a little more flexibility in terms of navigating between pages. It would be helpful to indicate if a question is already cloned.

Pros:

The UI is pretty simple and designed from a common man perspective which is easy to navigate through even without much product demos and training. The support team is so dedicated and responsive and helped us in all critical times including online assessment events

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind but surely throw something as we are evaluating it
