Pros:

Insights For You was very easy and simple so use and helpful to figure out what I need to work on to become better for my team. After the survey it displays a very way to figure our graph of aspects we are good at and aspects that needs developing.

Cons:

It is hard to think of something critical but I would think the amount of question because it can feel drawn out at times.

Yearning for the Old Insights for You App

When I used Insights for You in my NKU undergrad class a couple years ago, data was displayed in a hexagonal map. It was easy to see strengths and weaknesses. With the bar charts separated by drop-down menus, it is hard to get a wholistic picture of your quantitative rankings. There was also an app, which I prefer over the web experience. Also, I wish there was an administrator function that could automatically start feedback rounds for groups. Currently, each individual is tasked with starting their own feedback round, leading to inconsistent feedback deadlines.

Additionally, synchronized start dates for group feedback rounds are possible, but this feature wasn’t enabled in the setup you used. Insights for You is really helpful in analyzing the results from the surveys. I appreciate the data that is collected so I can look for patterns, etc. I also like that you can move through a survey quickly, and then get a chance to edit it before submitting.

Cons:

Some of the questions lacked context or would have benefitted from further explanation.

Easy application for a reflective evaluation

It was easy, just at the beginning had a minor glitch and also was not clear of where to do the self evaluation but other than that was okay.

Easy to customise, great support from [sensitive content hidden]

Cons:

Considerable teething problems getting the connection and data flow white-listed by the IOM security specialists. Not directly your fault but it needed you to recommend much more extensive testing before going live. It gave the product a bad name in the first few days and disrrupted the momentum.

This product puts the finger on the details that's so important in order to grow as an individual and of course, in the wider perspective, the growth of the company. A simple, but with striking precision, application that pinpoints the areas of enhancement.

Cons:

The UI could be more intuitive. It took some time to find the different menus and settings, but after using the app for a while, this wasn't really an issue.
