Do HR job very Easy

Actually on my company previous tracking system reports all UIDs and Names to HR, there for most of employees not submit honest feedbacks.

Pros:

My most like feature of the platform is users can do anonymous reviews and feedbacks. because of that HR can easy to analysis what areas need to update. And also this software is pretty cheap and give good value for money.

Cons:

Like most of software, customer support is not really good, as a upcoming software platform not recommended the customer support, emailed several times to fix some reports they not responded really quick.

Pros:

One of my favorite features is the ability for employees and customers to submit anonymous feedback if they choose to. It's really helped us get honest insights and suggestions for how to become a better company internally.

Cons:

The 360 feedback can be a little overwhelming at times, especially when it's at the time that HR has requested it. Easy to overcome though.
