Mentorship for a Winning Culture

As the administrator, I am happy to have a platform that can be customized. The customer service of the Qooper team is quite superior. The account leaders have been great thought partners in helping to design and grow our program.

Pros:

Customization and automation of the content. The email pushes help everyone see the content and connect back to Qooper. Creating groups is a feature that works well especially to engage group coaching or Employee Resource Groups, or level-specific learning like high-potential, or new managers.

Cons:

Scheduling meetings inside Qooper is an extra step. It's much easier to use our existng email system to schedule time with someone.

All of the products we considered were great. One of them offered more features than we needed. The other was a little less intuitive to use.

Cons:

Resourceful tools for Mentees

The website is very informative and has a lot of resources for mentees like myself to better prepare before meetings with our mentors. I am enjoying the structure of the mentorship program, and Qooper has aided that.

I like the all-inclusive aspect of the website, where all of the requirements/homework/meeting notes are readily available for me and easy to find, complete, and review. Also, the email reminders help me stay on top of my responsibilities.

Cons:

The website is a little hard to navigate when you first start using it. I had troubling finding how to schedule a meeting with my recently matched mentor- but figured it out ultimately.

Structured Support for Professional Development

My Qooper experience has been positive. It is helping to guide the mentoring process in a structured, methodological way. The system and layout makes it easy for us to communicate, set and track goals, and meet. I also appreciate the dynamic Certificate of Completion progress trackers. It is important to make note that I feel confident about the selection of my mentor and his ability to work together in this mentor/mentee relationship. Qooper has intentionally planned for all aspects and needs within these relationships. It's organization, structure, reminders, guides, education, and layout takes the administration out of the equation so that we can focus of professional development, goal development, and meaningful interactions.

Qooper is user-friendly, accessible on multiple devices, and provides helpful prompts to support connections and goals. I also appreciate the tips and structure that guide and keep everything organized. The calendar connection is super!

Cons:

Maybe a whiteboard space to share ideas during meetings. Would love for that to remain in the app to build from and/or create new whiteboards. Perhaps a section where the mentor and/or mentee can place resources relevant to their work, goals, etc. (external resources)

A little confusing. It told my company that I was already matched when I wasn't and now it still says I have no mentor, even though I do.

I like being able to see other members of my team. The ability to meet with and keep track of notes in a clean fun manner.

Cons:

Allowing the website to be more customized for the company. Right now it gives you their suggestions and tells you to check with organization about their directions. Would be better if that could just have the organizations meeting suggestions.

It makes my mentorship program with Npower a lot more organized. my mentorship has not started yet but i can tell this system is going to be a great asset in scheduling and other things.

I havent disliked anything about Qooper yet. I havent had any problems thus far. MAybe make the font a little bit bigger

Qooper provides timely notifications that continue to develop your mentoring relationship. They have helpful tips and guides so that the relationship doesn’t become stale. Additionally, the help makes things trackable and actionable increasing transparency

Cons:

Some aspects of the software was not as intuitive. I accidentally advanced a goal before I meant to and couldn’t revert it. I started a new goal but works have liked to update the other’s status.
