Pros:

The whole product is exactly what I envisioned for my business prior to discovering Scissors.

Cons:

There were a few glitches that came up during the soft open but the staff at Scissors were quick to remedy them

Scissors is so easy to use for our team as well as our clients and contractors. It has transformed our business - ensuring we on the cutting edge in our market and stand out from the crowd.

Cons:

We have yet to find anything as each time we come up with a new need, the Scissors team help us find a solution.

A Simple Simon Approach that Does the Job

Scissors has helped us in so many ways. Our Bookings process has been cut by half. Finding the right candidate for the available positions has become a breeze. Communicating with all available candidates at once makes the response time so much quicker. The time for processing Timesheets and approving Payroll has come down by 70%. Getting staff paid quicker and accurately has been a great advantage. Rostering, adding shifts and filling them is now such a simple process. Lastly there Customer / Client service is of a exceptional standard.

Pros:

Scissors cuts through the “drag and monotonies” of recruitment to get to the REAL work done --- getting staff and clients connected. What we do does not need to be complicated as it takes time away from filling the next shift and getting the next client satisfied. We believe in a Simple Simon approach, and that’s what Scissors has. My Candidates wound the "end user" app very Helpful and easy to use

Cons:

There were some "Management reporting" that was not available but was custom designed by the Development team on request.

allows me to apply for more jobs than I could myself. Allows me to accept or decline without speaking to anyone personally.

Cons:

Sometimes advertised jobs are slower than the email to load so can me that I miss out on jobs.
