Great Product for Succession Planning

We were able to roll this out to our team easily thanks to their training sessions. Along the way we have had access to great support which helped us customize the program.

Pros:

SuccessionNow has been easy to implement and easy to maintain. Their support is top tier. The customization options helped us make this our own. The reporting also helped with understanding the data and helping with our planning process.

Cons:

I haven't had any complaints with the program. It's easy to use and our team has jumped right in. If anything, I would love to see more reports.

Reasons for choosing SuccessionNow

This is a standalone product but they can integrate with HR programs if we want it to. It's also intuitive and priced significantly lower than lesser products that we reviewed.

I'm extremely happy with the SuccessionNow planning solution

So far I am very happy with it. I am seeing it on more forums and also have posted about it. I wish I'd found it before spending hours on my company succession plan which was primarily spreadsheets and charts.

Pros:

It is clearly very complex, but easy to use and manage. We are creating several more plans than expected due to the efficient and simple nature.

Cons:

I was hoping it would visual organization chart for my company. According to the builders, that option is being added soon though.

The product is easy to use, and the customer support is a 10+. When inquiring about an update, the team gets right to work.

Cons:

I can't say there are any cons. Maybe some refinement to the products for a better flow. Love the summary deck that can be run.

Just what we needed

Overall we are very pleased with our purchase. We used to spend many hours doing this all on paper and excel. Highly recommend succession now for succession planning. I couldn't find anything better on the market

- I wish it had succession planning specifically for our board

A must have in Talent Development

[sensitive content hidden] was amazing to work with. Fantastic customer service. Did a great job going over everything, So Happy we are using SuccessionNow! For all these years in HR I have done Succession Planning using all kinds of reports charts and Excell graphs but now with SuccessionNow all of that is built into and easy online system!!

*Very easy to use for all leaders *One stop shop for Succession Planning *Customize to fit any companies Talent Development Plans *Print out reports are fantastic *With NCUA focus on CEO and Executive Succession Plans SuccessionNow makes it very easy to show the auditors and Board Members a full look at your company's plans.

Cons:

I wish they advertised more, and I found out about this product sooner.
