SecurEnds is an identity management and security compliance solution that allows businesses to automate internal audits for credential access and manage access control for users within the system. With SecurEnds, Businesses are able to access and detect identities across multiple applications, reduce cost and time of compliance audits and provide access control to the right users. Key features include identity lifecycle management, credential entitlement management, and identity risk and analytics.

SecureEnds identity lifecycle management module allows administrators to provision and de-provision user access for both on-prem and cloud applications. Using pre-built templates and customizable attribute containers, this solution streamlines identity creation and user provisioning in just a few clicks. Pre-built integrations and connectors include Active Directory, O365, Google Suite, SAP and many other popular applications.

With the credential entitlement management module, administrators are able auto discover identities including authorized and unauthorized accounts. SecurEnds allows administrators to automate access audits by scheduling access review campaigns, setting c...

ustom dimensions and setting CTA reminders. In addition, SecurEnds analytics enables administrators to detect threats and chart anomalies across all applications. Using artificial intelligence and machine intelligence, SecurEnds is able to provide an overview of profile outliers based on security risk indicators and excessive privileges.

    Cons:

    Key Benefits - Drive cost efficiencies by automating user access audits - Cost saving by easily identifying dormant users that are contributing to licensing costs - Limit security risk exposure and increase compliance by automating reviews and audits Key Features - Rapid deployment and connectivity to multiple enterprise applications and systems using built in connectors. Custom connectors could be done as well - Easy to pull in data from other / existing systems to create one central Identity database for access reviews - On-Prem or SAAS versions available with mobile access to workflows and reviews - Great product and customer support
    Cons:
    Alerting could be improved Could improve / add identity intelligence for advanced usage but I don't see this being an immediate need.

    Reasons for choosing SecurEnds Identity Governance and Access Control

    Compared to other enterprise solutions available in the market that has too many features that are rarely used but come with the hefty price tag this one is pretty good in what is provides at the cost and does the job !

    Cons:
    Can be tricky setting up end points as the source of record for employee/manager relationships. Though once setup, it retains and auto refreshes perfectly.

    Ease of use and clarity of information that was presented. We were not able to get a clear picture of all entitlements and Access privileges. Now with SecureEnds, all that information is readily available.
    Cons:
    If the product can integrate with all the solutions we use, that would have made our work even more easier. There is room for more integrations though the SecurEnds team keeps adding integrations continuously.

    The inability to preview campaigns before creating templates, as well as the inability to edit the names and descriptions of applications and campaign names after they are created.

    The Securends team provided us with outstanding support. Once implemented we immediately found we were overspending for some privileges and reclaimed seats that slipped through the cracks. Can't imagine how companies much bigger than ours manage access control without a tool like this.

    It was very easy to link all of our cloud accounts and see who has access to each. Onboarding and offboarding is much simpler now.
    Cons:
    None although admittedly we are currently only using a small subset of the platform's capabilities.

    Addressing the often painful and time/effort-intensive UAR process

    UARs are painful at any organization, regardless of size. This tool provides a modular approach that can grow and mature along with the organization, ultimately providing automation options for access reviews, access request management, and more. Flexible integration options and multiple hosting options (on-prem, cloud) also make this easier to evaluate and move through procurement and approval processes.

    This software makes my job so much easier. We currently use a manual process to gather data and turn it into our access reviews for various systems. This software will cut my time by more than half. We like that it will hook into our various systems, even our ticketing system to document and track changes. This is a huge win for us and will allow MACU to cast our nets even wider to audit more roles and provide better data for our security team as well as the NCUA auditors. Very easy to use and setup.
    Cons:
    I have not experienced any issues thus far.
