About OneLink

OneLink is a Health, Life & Medicare agency management solution that helps businesses in healthcare, finance, insurance and other industries manage customer communication, retentions, conversions and more. Its lead management functionality lets supervisors assign leads to agents, add reference notes and organize lead data.

OneLink enables administrators to create custom rules for different vendors, calculate and track agent commissions and monitor payouts using the integrated commission management functionality. It offers various features such as user access, client communication tracking, policy management and more. Additionally, managers can generate reports to gain visibility into metrics related to the performance of call campaigns, lead sources, and policy purchase via statistics and analytics.

The customer relationship management (CRM) system in OneLink allows teams to capture and store client name, addresses, income, policies and other information. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

OneLink assists our day to day. It helped us scale our business by tracking leads and customers with in depth reporting. We were able to customize it to our sales flow from lead to customer. They assigned us an account manager that helped us through our onboarding to setting up commissions.
Cons:
When you sign up and open the settings as an administrator it can be bit overwhelming. They have a lot of settings that can be changed.

I switched from agencybloc based on the price and being able to run commissions and other features.

This software was designed for the end user in mind. No learning curve if you have a basic understanding of SAS systems.
Cons:
Feedback from the Customer Support could have been faster and more complete. They need to provide a little more assistance in that area but not really needed with this package.

Fast, and comprehensive software that puts everything at your fingertips.

Pros. The lead system has the ability to import leads from several different sources and keeps them all cycling through with an autodialer system. I have seen other agency software products and so far nothing compares to AgencyIntel. One of my favorite features besides the autodialing lead system, would be the reports function. The ability to generate simple to complex reports about your business and its performance in an instant is a priceless feature. Another great feature is that if you have a suggestion about something that may improve the software or end user experience, the developers and customer service staff will gladly take those suggestions to the development team for feedback. Not every system is perfect and AgencyIntel is always improving and evolving as the insurance industry does. Cons. None, any suggestions or improvements are accepted with open arms or are already being worked on.

I have used many different CRM's across my career. This one takes some of the best parts from different ones, and blends them together in an easy to use package. To my knowledge, there isn't a better way to manage your leads, clients and commissions in one system!

The ease of use for the end user is incredible. An agent can be taught the lead system in 30 minutes to an hour. The commission program is very comprehensive. Tech support is generally quick to respond.

Would like to see a new lead notification.
