I am a Technical Support Engineer, I have worked on SolarWinds different modules, the beauty of SolarWinds module is you can view your infrastructure in well order using customizable or predefined dashboards. Log Analyzer is a tool where you can easily investigate machine data to help identify the root cause of what actually happen in our environment.

Cons:

I have nothing seen bad in this tool because you can use this tool 30 day's fully functional after that it will charge some amount.
