About Central No-Code Integration Platform

The Central No-Code Integration Platform is built for seamless and easy data management across systems like SAP Ariba, Shopify, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Salesforce, plus 50 others with pre-built connectors that enhance productivity by automating sales, marketing, operations, finance, and HR.

Central's Event-Driven Architecture is based on a hub-and-spoke integration model, often referred to by our clients as their "Central nervous system." We have developed connectors for various software applications and data sources using APIs, webhooks, and file-based techniques. These connectors monitor data changes and communicate with the Central hub through our messaging engine and referential metadata.

Connectors act as pre-defined data endpoints that filter and transform data based on business rules to automate processes. Connectors are linked to the Central hub, interacting simultaneously, and sending data to other configured connectors. This system is simple, efficient, flexible, highly scalable, and reliable. Additionally, it is relatively inexpensive to implement and maintain because no coding is required.

    Incredibly customizable no-code integration application

    My company has been using Team Central since its inception, and we heavily rely on the application for complex integration needs. I am our company's sys admin for Team Central, managing configuration, day-to-day support, and troubleshooting integration errors across systems. We integrate Team Central with multiple SaaS products such as Microsoft Dynamics and Active Directory, Oracle's Netsuite and OpenAir, and Degreed just to name a few. The platform handles multiple encryption types, various access types, and everything from standard API calls to SFTP transfers. Team Central leverages Microsoft Azure, which allows for convenient message monitoring, helping us to get ahead of any errors that might be occurring due to faulty data entry by end users. Team Central also has a low-code/no-code front-end that gives users with little development experience (myself included) the tools they need to succeed.

    Pros:
    The sky is the limit with Team Central, which can support integration with almost any SaaS product that follows a common API model out there. Once configuration is done and a connection is established, data flows seamlessly between applications. I partner closely with support for any new complex builds, and the experience is always wonderful and pain-free.
    Cons:
    Coming from an organization that used SFTP transfers for all integration across their SaaS product portfolio, I can say I'm beyond thrilled to be using Team Central and have very little negative to say. Team Central is a small organization currently and could benefit from growing their customer base.

    The interface is intuitive once you get the concept behind the platform, but it takes some focused learning

    It has allowed us to integrate our HRS, ServiceNow and Active Directory to improve our off-boarding processes. The Central team was very easy and responsive to work with.
    Cons:
    We are still on an earlier release of the product and have not yet been able to take advantage of the newer features and functionality.

    The flexibility and agility of the portal being able to handle multiple end points into one system with ease as well push that data out to multiple sources.
    Cons:
    Lack of reporting for end users... the team has been great to train me where to go and how to translate code errors. It would be nice to have something readable to those that lack development knowledge.

    Event driven Pub-Sub model, high performance (it's fast!), scalable to integrate with any data source (ERP, CRM, WMS, eComm, etc.), full No-Code SDLC, plug and play connectors, extendable

    TeamCentral is new-ish to the market, and although many succesful use cases, is not yet getting the 'PR' it should be analysts.

    Central Sales Assistant is filling a void with associate data that has been a pain point.

    We have been able to solve an old request to update associate data using UKG as the source which has been an issue for several years.

    I liked the fact that an integration with UKG had already been established and the TeamCentral leaders were able to guide us based on previous experience.
    Cons:
    I did not like that we could not view transaction details or reprocess transactions that failed but these are on the roadmap for future updates.

    Reasons for choosing Central No-Code Integration Platform

    We were unable to develop the solution that we wanted with the standard UKG API nor with a custom solution.
