No Other Product Compares for Customization

This is hands down one of the best products utilized on our campus and it is continuing to expand every month and integrate into our day to day operations at the college.

I like that this product has various flow templates associated with specific categories to give users a starting off point. However, they give autonomy to be able to allow users to customize a lot of the product to how it fits their specific area. AirSlate expands the scope of normal eSign products by being a complete workflow automization resource.

Cons:

I think an area that needs expanded is the ability to integrate alternative payment options aside for just Stripe. PayPal is a universally utilized payment option and would greatly expand useability for the product. Also, a more user friendly way to enter and manage the HTML widget would be a plus.

Cost, customization, ease of use, and customer service. Additionally, they are always listening to their users and evolving their product. The new "versioning release" is a game changer for their product!

We switched due to the cost associated and the ability to customize well beyond the scope of what was available with Docusign for the price.
