Easy-to-use, powerful eLearning platform for both internal and external course deployments

Our company chose Eurekos to offer online training for a wide range of topics - internal policies/guidelines, products as well as related technology. It offers an intuitive, easy-to-learn interface for creating courses, helping several departments (compliance, technical, marketing, HR) to build relevant courses for a wide range of needs. Overall it is a well-designed, feature-rich eLearning platform with fantastic support.

Well-designed tools and features for administrators and course designers. Easy and intuitive layout providing an efficient platform to deploy and update courses, monitor course attendance, and more. A wide range of features for embedding content on the course pages - for example images, videos, external links, H5P objects, HTML code. Available course page layouts ensure structure and clarity for the optimal online learning experience.

Cons:

It would be great to see even more page layouts, creative options available.

Eurekos is on point helping me improve student engagement to increase student achievement!

Eurekos eash of use and over the top support allows me create xAPI content and recover the data to prove through various visualizations learning is taking place.

Eurekos rapid course builder supports some specific features that allow me to visualize and create an overall course structure by which I can add content. Eurekos puts content first by making it easy to produce targetted personalized learner content in the blink of an eye! Eurekos analytics provides the evidence to prove that the most successful learners are the ones that are engaged and active. It allows me to focus in on the data providing me insights into how to improve students achievements.

Cons:

That I do not have the time to use all the Eurekos features to help me reach my diverse learners.

This is an exceptional LMS that exceeds all my expectations for external training

One of the highlights of this platform has been its customer-centric approach. Not only does it provide us with the necessary tools to create and offer effective training programs, but it also involves us in the entire process, which is reflected in its exceptional support, where they are always willing to listen to our needs and provide personalized solutions.

What has impressed me most is their client-centric approach and their ability to adapt to our specific external training needs, which is why they not only provide us with a complete set of tools for learning, but go further by engaging us in the whole process. The quick onboarding functionality of this platform was especially notable for us and we were able to quickly deploy our courses and training materials.

Cons:

The initial learning curve to become familiar with all the functionalities and features of the platform. Although this platform provides me with extensive documentation and support, it might be helpful to have more detailed tutorials or even live training sessions to help you get the most out of the platform from the beginning.

The perfect LMS, especially for use cases with external users

I love building the platform and enriching it with content. It is such an awesome software.

1) Great and fast support. 2) The interconnection of all contents. Videos, pictures, etc. need to be swapped only once in the archives, and are then updated in every training due to the interconnection. This makes updating content so easy. 3) The audit trail and the massive reporting. Any change to the system is tracked and can be downloaded. So important! Also training statistics are huge and individual standard reports can be created for different user groups. 4) The incredibly fast way of creating new trainings or importing new users. 5) The automation rules for e-mails and enrollments. Once the system is fully set up, it lasts like 2 minutes to import a list of new users and let them be enrolled in the correct trainings. 6) The massive possibilites Eurekos offers. Eurekos seem like being designed to be a knowledge/learning-hub for their customers.

Cons:

Nothing. I am totally in love with this system.

Reasons for choosing Eurekos

reteach and 360learning were not in line with our requirements, absorb is way too expensive. Eurekos is the best LMS out of those 4 in general in my opinion.

Reasons for switching to Eurekos

teachable is a horrible LMS. No support, extremely bad server performance and constant problems, plus the poor editor..

Amazing platform for training on our software

My experience has been great. Eurekos is the platform we use for all of our internal and external training for our software. We use it to teach all of our employees as well as our 2,500+ customers. It works great and our employees and customers both love it.

Pros:

The Eurekos platform is amazing. We use it internally and externally for product education and training for our software. We can host both live and prerecorded trainings. It is easy to create new content and manage existing content because the user interface makes sense. Customer service has been great when needed too and the value we get for what we pay is outstanding. We use the platform to train all of our 2,500+ customers and internal staff too.

Cons:

There isn't really anything I don't like about it. The platform has a lot of advanced features and functions that can be challenging to use if you aren't familiar with the platform, but when you learn the platform, they are very useful.

We've been using Eurekos as the foundation of our online training platform, and it's been an excellent experience. The system offers an impressive range of features and the flexibility we needed to bring our content to life. It has become an essential part of our processes when onboarding new clients. One of Eurekos' standout qualities is its user-friendly interface combined with the flexibility to customize courses as we need. The tools provided make it easy to create, modify, and manage content, which has been essential for us as we scale our training offerings. New features are added regularly which helps us to elevate our content to a higher level. The support from Eurekos has been outstanding, particularly from our Customer Success Manager! We’ve received a personalised training during our own onboarding phase which helped us a lot to get started. We have regular check-ins and receive good feedback on how to improve our courses. Overall, I highly recommend Eurekos to any organization seeking a reliable, scalable, and forward-thinking LMS with great support and a track record of continuous improvement.

Pros:

The platform is easy to use and intuitive from an admin point of view. From a learner point of view, it is highly engaging. Learners can have adaptive learning paths and the platform is rock solid and great looking on any device. Eurekos clearly spends a lot of time thinking about user experience and the platform is constantly improving with regular updates and new features. The inclusion of H5P interactive elements allows the creation of highly engaging learning materials. The big difference with Eurekos is that the in-built authoring tool is easy to use and the end results are amazing. You can of course import your usual SCORM and xAPI courses, but the industry is gradually moving more towards an agile approach where clients and their partners create courses more quickly and the client can then make edits themselves. With Eurekos this becomes a reality. The final thing to say is that the support is excellent. The technical team really knows its stuff and they're quick to respond to any queries. The onboarding and training is great and you never feel like you've been left to figure something out on your own. If you can't find the answer in the knowledge base, you know that the team will be there to help.

Cons:

Although Eurekos appears on the Fosway grid, it isn't seen in the same circles as the bigger LMSs yet. This is a shame because large corporates, who would typically go to the big ERP vendors for their LMS, are missing out on some amazing functionality. Hopefully this will change as time goes on and the platform becomes better known.

I liked that in Eurekos there was included an option of structured certification journeys with automatic progress check and testing. I developed experiences in ascending order of difficulty, hosting them behind gates which helped bring users to a more advanced level great for customer training.

Cons:

Some aspects of the certificates and digital badges were too rigid in terms of customization. Due to the limitations of the system I had to devise ways of creating certificates that would be in line with our branding policy, this proved to be a little demoralising.
