The solution has been designed to help companies with training, certification management, performance management and employee engagement. ServiceSkills helps customer-facing businesses with soft skills training and allows supervisors to assign courses, monitor performance, recognize performance gaps, track individual scores and generate reports.

The courses offered by the solution include customer service, basic selling, team building, conflict resolution, diversity and leadership skills. The administrative interface allows managers to select a learning path and assign courses. Additionally, the solution provides learners with post-quiz feedback, key training reminders and certificates of achievement.

The solution’s training modules come in the SCORM format and can be integrated into a firm's existing LMS. The solution is available on a one-time subscription basis and support is available via phone and email.

    The few times I've actually needed customer service support the employees at the Telephone Dr. are terrific. They practice what they preach in their customer service.

    Pros:
    First I need to begin by saying we have been using the Telephone Dr. DVD library Training for years. I wish we'd started using this much sooner. The ability to assign coursework to individuals or departments and being able to keep track of it through their dashboards makes my job as the training manager easy. The same can be said when on-boarding new employees. in addition, I can watch their progress as they make their way through the coursework.
    Cons:
    The dashboard is not the most intuitive interaction. Is not unusable it just takes some time to get used to using it.
