Mitarbeiter-Awareness leicht gemacht

Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Software und auch mit dem Support und der persönlichen Betreung von SoSafe. Es ist eine angenehme Zusammenarbeit. Das Feeback unserer Belegschaft ist auch sehr positiv. Die Phishing-Simulation kommt auf volle 5 Sterne, das E-Learning auf 4,9 Sterne.

Pros:

Unser Paket setzt sich aus zwei Haupbestandteilen zusammen. Erstens die Phishing-Simulation, welche über das Jahr hinweg sporadisch Phishing-Mails an unsere Mitarbeiter versendet und einen sehr guten Lerneffekt zeigt. Man sieht, wie im Laufe der Zeit die Klickrate zurückgeht. Die Kampagne ist deutlich vielversprechender als Präsenzschulungen. Zweitens unterstützen Online-Lernmodule verschiedener Themenbereiche durch Videos und Erklärungen zum jeweiligen Thema. Die Module über das Jahr hinweg nach und nach zur Bearbeitung freigegeben. Die Mitarbeiter können sich die Zeit für die Module ja nach Arbeitsanfall selber gut einteilen. Der Erfolg ist messbar durch kleine Verständnis-Tests am Ende der Module.

Cons:

Leider ist der in das Mailprogramm integrierbare "Melde-Button" für Phishing-Mails nicht im Grundpaket mit drin, dieser muss optional dazugebucht werden. Ist aber für die Durchführung der Phishing-Simulation sehr komfortabel und hilfreich.

Die einfache Implementierung. Das E-Learning und die Phishing Simulation sind sehr leicht zu bedienen und zu nutzen. Schon nach kurzer Zeit merkte man einen Anstieg der Awareness, da die Klickrate kontinuierlich abnahm.

Cons:

Bislang ist uns noch nichts negatives aufgefallen.

In Corona-Zeiten konnten wir die Präsenz-Schulungen durch Online-Kurse ersetzen und die Phishing-Simulation hat bei den Mitarbeitern ein stärkeres Bewusstsein für die Gefahren durch E-Mails erzeugt.

Da alles über das Webportal läuft, gibt es keine Installationsprobleme o.ä. Die Lernmodule sind gut gemacht und praxisorientiert. Und die Test-Mails der Phishing-Simulation sind ebenfalls realistisch.

Cons:

Die Auswertung unter Analytics hat insbesondere für die Simulation Erklärungsbedarf.

Gutes Konzept und freundliche Inhalte

Die Lösung ist frisch, modern und einfach. Ingesamt habe ich bisher ein gutes Nutzerfeedback erhalten. Bei uns hat sich die Aufmerksamkeit zu Phishing-Mail erhöht, die Meldewege wurden mehr etabliert.

Die Phishing-Simulation läuft regelmäßig ganzjährig mit unterschiedlichen Mailvorlagen. Somit wird bei Anwender die ständige Aufmerksamkeit gefordert. Bei einem Klick kommt ein Lernpaket und nicht nur ein "erhobener Zeigefinger". Implementierung erfolgte über die SCORM-Schnittstelle mit sehr guter Unterstützung von SoSafe. Die Lerninhalte sind modern gestaltet und kurz. Das macht es den Anwendern angenehm.

Cons:

Bisher habe ich keine Nachteile erfahren.
