Pros:

With Horas OEE we achieved from 5-10 % higher production amounts. First 5% came really easy, employees understood their actual results, also they were able to compare themselves. Rest result came up by working with Horas OEE users and implementing proposals. Reports opened everyone eyes, we don't have any argues that it is not possible to achieve better results. Also production OEE showed us differences between factories, therefore appeared future equipment change plans. We now actually how fast investment will be paid back due to increased productivity.

Cons:

Hard to say, because we use only part or basic reports. Rest of reports were created with the help of Power BI, was done do to our specific.

I choose it due to recommendation from other group company that was using Horas for a while.

Very easy to use. Fast and friendly service. Flexibility to change according to customer needs.

Cons:

We do experience technical issues, but support is focused on solving them. Performance indicators could be more flexible.

I sometimes find it not well adapted to unit production lines. (not mass production)

Pros:

The ability to monitor the production process in real time facilitates the work of planning and technical services. Statistics on the time and amount of failures allow for faster elimination of problems and planning for their prevention. By analyzing the OEE indicators, production plans can be optimally prepared.The ability to change many settings on the part of the user allows you to adapt the program to your needs faster and more precisely.

Cons:

Editing individual shift times in the calendar would be desirable. Graphical statistical analysis is not very convenient and informative.

Pros:

OEE, communication with operators via comments, data and API connection with our database.

Cons:

Support team is so good, that all our improvements was completed according our request. Price for improvements was low enough.

Much better software comparing with previous one.

I like downtime tracking and real time monitoring. And the expansion of electricity monitoring which was done by Horas team.

Cons:

Missing some user settings. User with opperator status can not sign in more than one work center.
