ProMOS production offers various reports, data grouping and filters that allow the analysis of data by period, module, cell, machine, scale, shift, operator, and leader, among other possibilities. You can always export the data to excel. Below is a list of the main reports in the ProMOS production module:

• General Production Report, shown next to it, generates a huge amount of KPIs, in chart and table format.
• Production Reports – Three reports with numerous filter possibilities and data groupings, each displaying a distinct group of indicators and calculations that allow a clear comparison between modules, cells, machines, shifts, scales, etc.
• Stop Report - In this report the data is displayed in three distinct groupings.
• Stops per machine and stop type.
• Detailing all stops per machine, time and comments entered by the operator.
• Top downtime stops.
• Production History, reports that show all occurrences in the 24 hours of the day of each controlled equipment.
