QMS and Quality Compliance with QIS

Configuration and QMS strategic functionalities are set on step by step to figure out the achievements, we launched cost reduction program though minimise the rework, it was awesome we did it. It is purely designed on CAPA, Lean and six sigma functionalities and requirements accordingly.

Pros:

Based on Saas so can be worked remotely, effective reporting and monitoring of CAPA, LEAN. Cost analysis after every improvement tact is being implemented. Wide support and other modules linkage. Extremely effective for cost reduction and Quality improvements. Audit and QMS documentation can be obtained for ISO etc. Quality tools, tracing and tracking 5M,fish-bone,histogram support.

Cons:

Customization needs their developer to work, integration problem with running ERP. Dedicated seprate modules for features, like Supplier Quality Assurance, Sample inspection record etc, the complete system should be centralized.

Improves our efficiency

Our overall experience it great. It standardizes our reports, provides a central storage location for all applicable parties, and we have never experienced problems logging in or having the system down.

Pros:

I have used Net-Inspect with multiple companies that use InspectionXpert and Discus FAIR software. Uploading reports into Net-Inspect is very easy using both platforms and is problem free. Our efficiency is also increased because our suppliers and customers can all store FAIRs in a central locations that can be accessed by all applicable parties. There is no longer the need to request information and manually send it back and forth.

Cons:

When I first started using Net-Inspect, I did not like it because it seemed like just an extra step that wasted time but as more suppliers and customers started using it I found that it greatly reduced the time wasted sending documents back and forth.

Adding Characteristics

Pros:

I love the new way to add a characteristic. To copy it right below is a lot less typing and if you have hundreds of dimensions, it just makes it easier to save and not have to go back and try to find what you added.

Cons:

I dont see a comment section. Thats good to have after each dimension if you have to clarify something.

Pros:

Net Inspect has recently made a vast improvement in its overall user interface, making it incredibly quick to complete!!! Now if we have completed an In-House AS9102 form in Microsoft Excel, we can very quickly move it over to Net Inspect. Shockingly, cells can directly be copy-pasted from Excel to Net Inspect. Absolutely astounding.

Cons:

To be honest, it doesn't make sense. The only time Net Inspect is needed is when an end customer requires it. If we already completed an in-house AS9102 in Microsoft Excel, it is just double work to do it all again in Net Inspect.

Pros:

Net-Inspect is a top-tier First Article Inspection Reporting software. Our costs associated with managing and approving FAIRs have gone down about 50% since implementing the software. The Net-Inspect team was incredibly helpful through the entire set-up process, and our supplier feedback on the system has been very positive. The Net-Inspect help desk is very responsive and helps with any issues or questions that arise. I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking to improve their FAIR process.

Cons:

We have no issues with the Net-Inspect FAIR system. It is very user-friendly and makes the FAIR process much more streamlined and efficient.

Pros:

The software will allow for greater innovation when it comes to how we share information. I have been using the software for over 6 months and I have to say it can provide a great service to your company. Allowing for more information to be shared to both your workforce and your customers allow for better communication.

Cons:

Getting used to the terminology and set-up. It is not easy to change from the way you do things to an online format. But with the help of net-inspects staff and willingness to help you can figure out the best practices need to make the software work. It will take time to set up the software but it will be useful in the long run
