Ipiphanny has transformed the way we work. Faster turnaround – The time we spend creating the codes for the verbatims has reduced from 5 days to just a few hours, after an initial 2-hour setup. Deeper analysis – Our analysis capability has grown tenfold. The team now spends more time drawing meaningful insights and supporting hypotheses, rather than merely sharing a few customer connections. Remarkable versatility – Its adaptability across sectors makes it an invaluable tool in diverse contexts. Thanks to [sensitive content hidden] , we are now able to do much more with customer voices, turning feedback into actionable strategies faster and with greater impact.

Cons:

The pricing needs to be relooked at for the subcontinent market. It becomes a challenge for clients to test it out and look at the value it generates

Excellent solution

The tool has enabled us to develop a quality of insight for our clients with internal data that was simply not possible previously.
