I lime that you can record your very own opinions about things..Great way to express yourself by recording it.

Cons:

Don't really like the way you have to put titles to your videos..And the way you have a time limit on your video

Quick and easy interface with mostly intuitive way to do what you want. I love the new AI capabilities and also the ability to select text and for the video to play what I've selected.

Cons:

Some elements are a little bit clunky, like the inability to copy a showreel if we want to create different versions. Sentiment can be a little hit and miss

Quick effective way to get close to consumers

Voxpopme helps me understand consumers' attitudes and behaviors in a quick and easy way. The insights I glean help in development of brand growth strategies. If a picture speaks a thousand words, imagine how many a relevant consumer-driven video speaks!!

Pros:

I love the ability to see and hear from real consumers through an extremely user-friendly system and create show-reels that enable me to share the messages broadly through the organization.

Cons:

One aspect of Voxpopme that I would like to see improved is the depth of consumers in the panel. Want to ensure there aren't 'professional' responders, but fresher people answering new questions. The software also has many useful tools, but still is pretty manual to extract the insights needed to answer the business question at hand.

Superior UX and constantly innovating

I also really appreciate how agile and collaborative they are. They are always innovating and always partnering with other software and research tech solutions to make their customers lives easier.

The UX experience on this is the best I have found in its competitive set. And that really matters when trying to implement this tool into the organization. Super easy to use and their customer support is excellent.

Cons:

They are a growing start up, so there are sometimes growing pains with that, but the team is super helpful and responsive whenever something doesn't go right

Pros:

It's easy to use once you have the hang of it, and we have gotten solid support when we run into trouble. It's enabled us to turn video highlight reels around very quickly, especially when using VoxPopMe's panel.

Cons:

I wish that the process of embedding the widget into a survey (which must happen any time we're using participants outside of the VoxPopMe panel) was easier and didn't require programming skills.

Reasons for choosing Voxpopme

We have tried similar products but none have been quite as easy/user friendly as VoxPopMe. Of course, the price point of VPM is higher than some other solutions, and the licensed model requires an investment, but if you have enough use for the tool then it definitely pays off.
