About Clubworx

Clubworx is a cloud-based member management solution for studios, gyms and martial arts schools.

Clubworx gives you the tools you need to reduce time spent on daily admin tasks by automating payments, bookings and communications (email/sms). Effortlessly track attendance and and get access to reports to measure key metrics so you can manage your business with ease.

Clubworx allows gym and studio owners to drive new member sign ups with online registration forms. These are fully customizable and mobile responsive forms that let your members sign up with you and pay online when they are ready.

Clubworx makes it super easy for your members to book into your classes through the Member App. Members can view, make and cancel bookings and purchase additional memberships or packs via the member app.

Clubworx offers an automated payment system for sending automated reminders and payment updates to members via email and text messages. Users can also generate payment reports for monitoring payments received, failed or pending at any particular time. Other features include website design tools, campaign management and smart contact lists.

We are Happier with Clubworx than our previous software

Pros:
Client scheduling thru the member portal has been seamless. ClubWorx have been very responsive to our requests and issues. It has given us more flexibility with scheduling, variability on individual days of the week, scaling our small and large group sessions. Keeping our members accountable has been improved with attendance reports and session tracking. The 4 week billing cycle has helped increase our annual income verses monthly billing One of the biggest improvements has been the number of touch points we can create with our clients thru the built in texting and email capabilities as well as the automation of those features.
Cons:
It was a little clunky setting up the schedule blocks for our Small Group Personal Training sessions, but it was a small price to pay for all the other options we picked up from the software

Pros:
I enjoy that they are constantly improving their system and also that I can manage all my Martial Art School needs in one system. The support is fast and helpful.
Cons:
I didn't like the application and also that they made it mandatory to use it as I started my subscription when they were not offering that service.

It was recommended by a friend who uses it for his Jiu-Jitsu School.

Cons:
working in the reports, if you go into a profile, you have to go all the way back to resort and organize the data vs. going rt back to the report structure you were on. not most efficient

Always improving and listening to feedback

Switching to ClubWorx remains as one of the best decisions we made. The software is constantly being updated and improved upon, with new features being added as well. They listen to, and, most importantly, act on feedback and feature requests from business that use the software. It may not happen instantly but it's great when you get an email about a new feature that's been something you've enquired about a few times. Gives you faith in the theory that if there's enough need for a feature and enough people speak up about the need, that there's a high chance that it'll happen one day. Since switching to ClubWorx we have slowly been able to reduce the number of additional systems we use which is making life easier all the time for us and our staff. To be able to have most things "under one roof" is hugely beneficial to us. From a practical point of view and also from a financial one too. Whenever I've put in a support request I've had a prompt, polite and helpful response. I don't feel that we've ever been fobbed off or lied to, and certainly not made to feel like we've asked silly questions.

That since we started using it in early 2017 the features have only improved upon and new features added. We've also been able to set a lot of it up to suit our specific needs, rather than working with something and making do.
Cons:
If I'm having to do some work on my mobile phone it's not the most user friendly experience!

Reasons for switching to Clubworx

Because the system was clunky and the lack of improvements and moving with the times meant it was no longer serving us well. We were ending up having to find multiple resources to do different tasks. ClubWorx offered a system with excellent customer service and support and also one that would reduce our workload and outgoings.

Once I got the hang of the features, it was very user friendly for both myself and my customers. The customer service is amazing too.
Cons:
I wish I could track stripes under rank. It would help me keep track of how many belts I'll need to order before promotions.

Pros:
As a martial arts school, Clubworx provides everything we need to manage our client database. It's not just CRM software, it includes billing, invoicing, managing gradings, schedule, events, and even email and SMS systems. It's all that we need and more.
Cons:
There is not much that I can say I don't like about Clubworx.

Clubworx is a better system. There is not much else to it.

Pretty good, Ive been using it for over 7 years with 3 different member data bases. Its great to use, easy, easy to fix any mistakes, great customer service, a little expensive for growing business but worth it.
