It includes PACS, DICOM Viewer, Technologist Portal, Schedule, Physician Portal, Billing, and Analysis modules to streamline routine management tasks and give you more time to grow your business.

EMSOW can be easily integrated with any EMR/EHR system. This and other customization capabilities allow EMSOW to adapt to business workflow, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. It enables EMSOW customers to focus more on patient care with less administrative burden.

Scheduling starts the Technologist's workflow perfectly and is followed by the Technologist Portal for uploading images and creating worksheets. A practice administrator can use the Processing module to manage patient documentation, and the Schedule screen allows to plan the work hours for a technologist and optimize the workload. EMSOW also includes equipment tracking and automatic notifications for future patient visits. The Billing module provides complete functionality for Revenue Cycle Management: automatic invoice generation, sending HCFA forms, insurance eligibility checking, and payment posting. The Analysis module lets you see your business's critical performance data, such as Turnaround time and a variety of financial reports.  A user-friendly Patient portal with instant-created user accounts allows patients to review and save their studies, images, and reports.     Emsow PACS is great

    We're very happy with Emsow and have no plans to ever leave this platform. Given our multiple locations, referring providers, and reading physicians this platform is perfect for our group.

    The customized reports and the turn around of the team is 2nd to none. I have worked on many PACS systems including Braintree and Medstreaming. Emsow is superior to any and all PACS systems I have used in the past 16 years.
    Cons:
    As with all platforms there are errors that occur and sometimes the system goes down. However, these issues are few and far between.

    Emsow's tech team and administrators [sensitive content hidden] sealed the deal. They are all professional and very efficient in their roles. I can get help after normal business hours and also on the weekend. The administrators are directly involved and have always helped us resolve any issues that arise. Emsow is a great PACS systems especially for specialty imaging.

    We have been a long time Emsow client and have been continuously referring Emsow to our Business Coaching clients. We love that aside from being a PACS system, Emsow also has other relevant features such as schedule manger, Billing system, etc. We love that Emsow is making almost all integrations possible and software development is limitless.

    Cons:
    Just like any other product/services, Emsow isn't perfect, there are always other areas to improve on, but what I like most about Emsow Support and customer relation is that, they are doing their best to address all client concerns and they are also transparent to resolution timeframes.

    Good platform but could be great with some improvements

    Emsow has been a necessary avenue to be able to perform diagnostic exams in an our patient setting and I am grateful for the service.
