A truly positive experience. The vision behind the software is clearly evident, and the direct contact with the team has been great, as it makes you feel like an integral part of it 😊

Pros:

- Simplicity to create your chatbot- Level of versatility in the results you can obtain- High customization capability- Ability to create different chatbots depending on what you need for each page or website- Ability to insert your chatbot on your website regardless of how it is made, which of course includes popular systems like Wordpress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix- Fast and reliable support- Availability of the team to work on new ideas.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. Every improvable aspect, such as the lack of some advanced nodes or more complex CTAs, is already in advanced stages of the roadmap, so they will be available very soon.
