I and my team have been very pleased with RQ Platform. First, working with RQ's team has been fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] has been our main contact, and we are incredibly happy with her. She is very responsive, thoughtful, and dedicated to making our program function as best as possible. We also had wonderful experiences with[sensitive content hidden] , who was the sales rep we first talked to when deciding to choose an online platform to host our scholarship program. Without those two the RQ experience would be far less enjoyable. From the program management side, we are so grateful to move from data entry by hand in excel from a paper application to a thorough online portal that all applicants can go to fill out their needed information. It has been a much quicker process for all parties involved, whether it be applicants or admin our experience has been amazing overall. We still continue to look for more efficient process in RQ's system that can match with our program needs and we know RQ's reps will help us if we ever do need to pivot. It has been a great experience overall.

NextZen by WizeHive had a great product, but it was too expensive for a for a scholarship software program budget. Foundant's cost was similar to RQ however, their customer service was not the best through the entire sales process. RQ had a much better sales team and experience.

It is so much easier to have applications submitted online. We used a google form previously and had to manually download the information and photocopy the applications for the volunteers making selections for our scholarship.

From the moment I met with the team at RQ I felt like it was the right place for our organization. Not only did they work with us on our budget, but they provided great tips for optimizing our scholarship and annual awards process. Once again, the customer service is unmatched. I had used previous platforms where you only talk to a chat bot and couldn't ever meet with someone face to face but this is not the case with RQ!

Overall, our experience with RQ Platform has been excellent. I was directly involved in bringing it to ECCLA, and it’s made a huge difference in how we operate our scholarship and grant programs. From the moment we signed up to use the RQ platform, our experieince has been phenomenal with the RQ team. [sensitive content hidden] is so attentive and supportive, even there is a time difference (UK > Canada), we still get timely responses and any issues/queries are resolved. For years, we have hope to launch our awards cycle in October, but we have never managed to, until our first year with RQ. it has simiplied the amount of manual admin work we have had to do, and has given us great insight into our entrants.

The team could have been more helpful during our calls; though some of us had used the platform before, there was no helpful guidance, leaving the team to figure it out by ourselves. But when giving out edits, I clearly outlined (this text here) - directional text, but that text was applied to the application when it was just for their team to understand and make sure we were on the same page. The same things that If they read if they would have understood. It just made more work and frustration for my team.
