PDP Agile - Simply The Best

Overall, I have had a fantastic experience and could not ask for a better application. If certain changes such as the inclusion of Mathematical symbols are made, it would be the only application I will need to use.

Pros:

I liked the fact that PDF Agile allows you to extract a text without having to change the fonts. Editing of documents is also made simple through easy navigation of tools. I have been using PDF Agile in my classes to underline, highlight and make instructions easier for students to see. The pen tool allows me to easily write on my docs when explaining instructions to the class. In addition to this, I also use PDF Agile when lesson planning. The multitude of options allows me to easily put my lesson plans together. Lastly, my lessons are extremely efficient as I am able to pick up where I left off after closing my documents and starting up again the next day. I couldn't have come across a better application.

Cons:

The lack of Mathematical symbols makes it difficult when I am trying to explain concepts in class. Furthermore, the application tends to become 'overwhelmed' if too many documents are open and will then crash. I then have to reload PDF Agile and open up all of the closed documents.

Reasons for switching to PDF Agile

The reason for making the switch was that Adobe was simply too expensive.

My Preferred Editor

I confirmed that PDF Agile not only includes ALL the features I may need and think of, e.g. Editor/Converter/Merger/Splitter, password protection, insert signature, comments, annotations, shapes or drawings, highlight, underline, resize, etc., but also easily allows PDF workflows.

Pros:

Starting page, filling of forms, easy learning and workability. Customer support was also very prompt and helpful.

Cons:

Concerning the work with nothing at all, but after downloading it continued popping up notices of "Automatic file downloads", saying that PDF Agile was downloading, when it was not... I must say, however, that after reporting that, I was advised to uninstall and reinstall the program and that solved the problem.

Reasons for switching to PDF Agile

I was looking for a lower cost PDF Editor, notwithstanding a fairly complete one and, in fact Agile proved to be not only less heavy, cumbersome and expensive, but also includes ALL the features I need.

Very good option as Primary PDF editor.

As a Civil engineer, dealing with documents is my main work at office. PDF agile helps me perform all my task quickly and accurately. It has many functions which saves my time.. The OCR function is stand beyond my expectations, I am able to convert search able format by using it. Price is not much, if i compare with similar products.

Pros:

As a Civil engineer, I need to continue make Pdf files for reporting. Pdf agile is quick and easy tools make my life easier. All tools like Marge, split,delete,rotate ,crop, water mark is very easy to find and use. When I convert other format files from pdf , I almost got 90 percent in result. Especially I have mention OCR function, this saved my precious time. Price is fare for me.

Cons:

After using for couple of month, I do not have much complain about this software. But when I open large files, it takes time to perform. They can upgrade more to give premium feels in near future.

Customer's service is not helpful for me, beside I need to use premium options in pdf editor with easy interface.

Pros:

The features to edit a pdf with: manually, in a row, text blocks and preservation of the lay-out, placing a signature, the eraser, and many more.

Cons:

The menu on the right. It should be on top & not being able to insert instant check marks, boxes with crosses like in forms.

PDF Agile, a software that allows you to maximize the generation of business documents.

It is an excellent platform for the interaction of PDF documents, in addition to having functionalities to work with other currently widely used formats, on the other hand, it has online functionalities to export and import content to almost all currently used formats, considering secure protocols for storage of existing formats.

Pros:

PDF Agile is a tool that has all the features required for comprehensive management of documents in PDF format, as well as allowing the inclusion of content in other formats such as TXT, Epub, and Mobi documents. Among its main features, it allows the manipulation of documents in PDF format, but it also guarantees the availability of multi-format resources in a simple and versatile way, in addition to constantly incorporating new tools to grow and generate value for the software solution offered.

Cons:

The incorporation of OCR and translation of languages has always been a challenge for most of the applications since there are many variables involved in this process. I think PDF Agile is in the right direction and I consider the results of the execution of these functionalities to be quite appropriate to the processes in which I have participated.
