It is easy to use and a highly versatile tool for coaching, saving coaches a lot of time by automating client tasks. The white labeling option provides excellent value for money, allowing you to customize the app according to your design and preferences.

Cons:

Our coaching approach (habit coaching) differs somewhat from traditional methods, so we needed to adapt certain features to better suit our needs. However, these were minor issues, and we found solutions that met our needs.

I don't like it, I can't add alternative food ingredients, I can make new meals but I can't put two different food options.

Overall, the company and its employees, as well as its app, are amazing. Besides the one con I listed above, this app is exactly what we need and we're looking for to be constructed for us.

Pros:

The ease of customization and integration of this software into our current existing business model was very simple, and the software continues to be very adaptable to our needs.

Cons:

Since we did the white label version of the app, and paid the appropriate cost for it, there are still Trainer-O watermarks on several parts of the app that are visible to the public and takes away from Our Brands version of uniqueness.

Pros:

As a wellness coach, what I have liked the most is that I can create a group and share files common to everyone, we can chat in a group. It's also easy to share programs. It is good that there are also ready-made programs.

Cons:

When you share something for a group, the messages seems to disappear. The customer sees a message, but can not find it afterwards. It was difficult for customers to name their profile in chat.

The ideal fitness marketplace for local markets

Even though we still have not involved as many coaches as we thought we would on the platform, we are attracting more and more studios and fitness centers that like to sell their subscriptions on the web shop and to use it as a CRM platform.

A revolurion to my small business

Trainero has revolutionized my online training business. I’ve been able to seamlessly organize and sell all my training programs through the app’s built-in online store. They love how the direct messaging feature and support groups within the app save time compared to managing multiple groups on social media. Pros:

I like mostly how well the developers have kept things simple and well thought through in terms of ease of use. The other crucial part is the multiple languages available which suits out business perfectly

Cons:

There are some features we are still looking forward to having (which are coming) including bookings and forms. The style of nutrition coaching we do also means we won´t really use the nutrition side of Trainero i.e. meal plan and food tracker possibility - this isn´t so much of a con though as I am sure some coaches will find it very useful...and we can achieve our style of nutrition coaching in the Timeline feature of the software.
