About Microsoft Sway

Microsoft Sway is a presentation software designed to help businesses create and share newsletters, documentation, presentations, interactive reports and more. The platform enables managers to add visuals, photos and other multimedia from various sources to create content.

Administrators can utilize different layouts including vertical, horizontal and slideshow to group and present content on a unified interface. Microsoft Sway allows teams to edit backgrounds, text alignments, images, fonts and grids to create professional designs. Additionally, supervisors can use the slide transition feature to keep images and text together.

Microsoft Sway lets stakeholders generate color palette options to amplify the animation level across images. It is available for free of cost and support is extended via knowledge base, email, forum, phone, email and an online contact form.

Simple & Professional Content Creation Tool

Microsoft Sway helps me easily create impressive presentations on the cloud. It saves me time when I create content like a digital story or a presentation using the Start from a topic feature. It allows me to choose a topic then Sway suggests content and information around it from the internet. Also, I use it as a learning activity tool for students to empower them to express their thoughts by creating digital content and sharing it on the internet.

Pros:

Microsoft Sway is an easy-to-use application for content creation. It has pre-designed layouts and a rich assets library that makes it easy to create engaging content. It doesn't require previous experience in design or content creation software. Also, It's effective for business presentations and students' e-portfolio.

Cons:

I find Sway a bit slow when I embed it in web pages using the iframe sharing method. It takes more time to load compared to the entire web page elements.

Converting your entire Vision to digital with Sway

After I met Sway, I gave up on all simple and visual presentations. I said hello to functional presentations that are much more active and professional for the eye and purpose. Thanks to its simple and user-friendly interface, it took much less time to use and get used to. we are able to produce much more rational solutions, especially thanks to its transfers and integration with other MS products.

I would say Microsoft has an alternative to PowerPoint. It has taken it one step further with Sway. A much more lively, effective and homogeneous result was obtained. It can be used to create more effective and visual reports, presentations, communication screens or bulletins. Libraries, templates, plugins in its repository help to reveal more different works. The software structure is simple and has the simplicity of other MS products. As if they will use it for the first time, they will think that they have been using this program for a long time. It can be used in all personal or professional areas.

Cons:

A missing or negative feature cannot be written for Sway. But those who have not met or used Sway are not aware of their loss.

Reasons for switching to Microsoft Sway

It has an integrated structure with Microsoft products, more add-ons, more visual tools, easy and simple, much more template content, ability to work offline and sharing features.

O Microsoft Sway é perfeito pra quem quer fazer uma apresentação mas esta iniciando no muito do design, há lindos modelos de apresentação, de currículos, portifólios e até mesmo para boletins informativos para enviar internamente nas empresas e além disso a criatividade não tem limite, pode-se fazer de tudo.

Cons:

O programa é um pouco limitado na posição dos itens, não consigo arrastar a fonte ou o ícone para onde mais me agrada, já é predeterminado.

Easily create a presentation in no time with the available templates. There is an array of templates with fonts amd pictures ready to go, or you can spend a little more time and customize your presentation.

Cons:

It takes a minute to learn how to use sway. A part of that learning is that you are severely limited in customization.

I like this software because I can create digital contents of free with amazing ready to use layouts and suggestions. Anyone can really use it whether for business or students.

Cons:

It's not as popular compared to others with the same features and use and it lags and loads slow sometimes.
