Great software to analize your users

So far everything is great! It helped us to fix a lot of bugs in our website, and to spot a lot in users' interactions that we didn't expect but saw via sessions recording and heatmaps.

Pros:

We have been using it for around 6 months now, and for now I'd say that most valuable features for us were Heatmaps, Cohorts, and Funnels.

Cons:

Nothing comes to my mind. We're waiting for upcoming features, but there is no information when they will be released.
