A complete marketing platform, it makes email automation too easy, streamlining tracking campaigns on Google and Facebook effectively.
Cons:
I remarked recently some email campaigns didn’t perform as well as they once did and received fewer responses, which is a challenge.

With HubSpot, my experience was really good, for a normal and easy-to-use panel what exactly i love. Each thing, like from leads to conversation ratio or maybe something reading leads to deals ratio, just not that after deal closer customer support with HubSpot chatbot thats also impressive, and which thing helps us to achieve customers' trust.

Excels at email marketing, good CRM, but not an all-in-one marketing solution

Hubspot is helpful for building workflows, email management, and as a CRM. But the limitations were too many for managing all our marketing activities within the Hubspot Marketing Hub.

Pros:
As an advertiser, I really like the feature that allows us to create advertising audiences (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) based on customer lists direcly within Hubspot.
Cons:
As far as marketing features (advertising campaign management, landing page creation/management, etc.), the capabilities are relatively basic. It's good for a smaller operation or simple marketing activities. But for individuals or teams who want to manage all the nuanced settings of their ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), break free from generic landing page templates, incorporate semi-advanced landing page features, etc, you won't be able to do all this in the Hubspot platform. Also, for enterprise packages, the cost gets pretty high pretty quickly.

Reasons for switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub

Mailchimp has since added features, but at the time, it was too limited for what we needed in a CRM. We were also pivoting away from Salesforce, and we shopped Hubspot Sales Hub at the same time.

I use HubSpot marketing to send mass email to my subscribers. What I like the most about it is that it's easy to use and that I can clone previous templates to create a new one very fast.
Cons:
I recommend HubSpot to my clients and I know that for small businesses the plans can be a bit out of their budgets.

Reasons for switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub

Active campaign's plan was higher in price and we didn't use all the features.

Be very careful before signing a contract with HUBSPOT .

1

Terrible - we thought we would give it our best shot, but on signing the contract, the sales team had changed us from a month-to-month contract to an annual contract. When the product failed for us, they refused to look at our evidence and us on obvious misrepresentation.

Pros:
Great CRM. It looked like a great all-in-one company software package for our small company. The project management module and the sales hub looked like they would save us a lot of time from the outset.
Cons:
Setting up was a disaster, and in particular, the TAX setting for invoices. It seemed like a great all-in-one for our company, but unfortunately, we just couldn't get it to work reliably. Customer support and account managers were useless in addressing our problems and ignored the obvious issues. The tax calculations embarrassed us in front of our clients. They have refused point-blank to relieve us from our $1400 per month contract that is useless to us. Never again

Pros:
Hubspot is very user-friendly when you use the support documentation. It is unmatched in terms of email management on a large scale and tracking emails. It is truly an all-in-one with aspects of management from sales through delivery. I've also had a positive experience with customer support.
Cons:
Hubspot is quite expensive, so it's not a 10/10 fit for a small business like mine. While the tool has capability to help me scale, I would likely need an investment to justify the cost at this point. Contact management has area for improvement as portfolio views of prospects vs clients or other lists. Integration can be difficult among contacts vs deals.

Its built-in CRM integration keeps marketing and sales aligned, while detailed reporting gives clear visibility into what’s actually driving conversions.
Cons:
HubSpot Marketing Hub costs can increase quickly as you scale contacts or unlock advanced features. Some customization options also require higher-tier plans, which may not suit smaller budgets.

Adding a footer style blocker is really challenging, especially if you're creating personal auto response emails. For example there's no way of hosting the images, such as award logos. It also can't handle SVG format, which was what we were using.
