The one and only feature flag system you need

Unleash helped us test new features, grant early access to premium subscribers, and easily hide any bugged or broken issues. All of that in their free self-hosted plan.

Pros:

Unleash helped us feature flagging and release management. Their interface is easy to use and clear. We were able to get everything we needed in their free tier.

Cons:

We haven't run into any issues; after a quick onboarding, every admin could use the system and opt-in or opt-out of any users from specific users.

The help for phased rollouts

Unleash has become a great partner for our product development cycle, and we are progressively migrating every feature flag to this tool. The team is becoming very fond of this tool since it is very easy to use, and both Devs and PMs can handle it without any issue.

Pros:

Right now, Unleash is helping us a lot to carry out phased rollouts of our developments, and it is being a great tool to help us with the A/B testing and internal testing as well.

Cons:

Sometimes it is confusing for us to understand the differences in similar rollout strategies.

Pros:

The product is straightforward to use and integrate into the infrastructure. The multiple SDKs available also turn it very simple to add to any codebase.Also, the possibility to create custom constraints allows for more flexibility in the rollout of new features.

Cons:

Up until now, Unleash has fulfilled every need we have in our feature deployment, and we haven't found it lacking anything.

Great solution for feature flags

We were looking for a better alternative to Firebase's Remote Config and Unleash ticked all the boxes.

Very easy to setup and use on a daily basis. The out of the box features already cover most - if not all - of the needed use cases but the ability to add custom fields really makes it outstanding.

Cons:

Would be nice to integrate with other tools, mainly in the analytics space so data generated there can be linked to other sources of information.
