The cost has gone up quite a bit and there are no retention discounts for those of us using for years.

I love the ease of access and simplicity of finding exactly what information I need. I especially love the interaction checker to make sure if that certain medications do not interact with each other and are safe to give at the same time.
Cons:
I wish it was easier to put personalized notes in about certain drugs.

Plumbs is my number one database for anything you’d need to know as a prescriber. The drug highlights, dosages, adverse effects, etc. are all critical reference points for medications I use commonly and uncommonly.
Cons:
I wish I had easier access to dosing forms. I prefer to use GoodRx to find available dosage forms.
