A must need service option for any online retailer!

My overall experience has been great, they were very communicative in the initial setup and worked with us to refine the script to be implemented into different aspects of our system.

Pros:

It provides my customers more flexibility with packages that require an adult signature upon delivery if they can have it directed to a UPS access point and pick it up locally.

Cons:

The cost, the service is spendy overall for smaller businesses.
