We recently completely the world's largest on-line SharePoint Conference event called SP24. We had over 8000 Attendees, with 110 Speakers and a team of 10 managing it. DocRead was instrumental in distributing forms such as Terms of Service, Speaker Sign-up, Speakers Guide, Conference Code of Use and Conference Guides. Once we placed the correct user into the correct SharePoint Group DocRead would automatically assign a 'Reading Task' to both new and existing users. We also used DocSurvey alongside DocRead to gather input from the different types of users. Both products saved us mountains of time and also required no training from the users perspective. We intend to do more conferences and these products will be the first on our shopping list!

Our company has used DocRead for almost 3 years now, and it has been very easy to setup and use with its intuitive interface. DocRead allows our document managers to upload an item to a SharePoint document library and then assign that item to groups of users. Once assigned, the users are then given a configurable amount of time to read and confirm the information. The document managers can then easily find the statistics from the real data reports on the site. This has been a very helpful and efficient tool.
