We recently completely the world's largest on-line SharePoint Conference event called SP24. We had over 8000 Attendees, with 110 Speakers and a team of 10 managing it. DocRead was instrumental in distributing forms such as Terms of Service, Speaker Sign-up, Speakers Guide, Conference Code of Use and Conference Guides. Once we placed the correct user into the correct SharePoint Group DocRead would automatically assign a 'Reading Task' to both new and existing users. Our company has used DocRead for almost 3 years now, and it has been very easy to setup and use with its intuitive interface. DocRead allows our document managers to upload an item to a SharePoint document library and then assign that item to groups of users. Once assigned, the users are then given a configurable amount of time to read and confirm the information. The document managers can then easily find the statistics from the real data reports on the site. This has been a very helpful and efficient tool.
