What I liked most about Trace One Devex PLM was its ability to streamline complex product development workflows while enhancing collaboration. Cons:

Devex PLM is a powerful tool, and it is bringing out many add-ons that would be a game-changer for many industry people. I just wish those tools were released to customers on a trial basis and people could test them out.

Cons:

We customized too many things which has made system maintenance challenging. Prior to having an account manager, it could be difficult to get support.

Integrating our business processes within one system. This enables our R&D functions to collaborate more effectively.

Cons:

Understanding what functionality is standard (out of the box) and what we need to ask for. This lead to unexpected roadblocks and cost. More upfront communication. Also, they 4 weeks of hyper care did not seem like enough.
