Best EDI Company I have worked with in 30 years

Support is second to none. Going on 6 years they have made our systems connect to over 14 retailers. And when we have tight deadlines this is the team you want on your side!

There are really no cons. The project manages are easy to access and the technical staff is highly versed.

Infocon has been a trusted partner of ours on multiple projects for the past 5-6 years. The experience has been exceptional. Their sales, support and finance teams are always eager to help and remedy any situation.

Pros:

Having worked with large and mid sized EDI providers, Infocon was always willing to accommodate specific needs or requests. Their customer service is always quick and friendly. They take 95% of the burden when on boarding new customers. Really incredible company and people.

Cons:

As you would expect, custom integrations are expensive. This really made us have to be vigilant when deciding which trading partners we wanted to onboard. Project cost became a big component of the overall on boarding exercise.

All orders under one umbrella. easy to find all documents when going on the website as well as searching past history.

Cons:

Too many added steps, would be nice if you could generate an invoice from the ASN that is created. Not have to submit two seperate docs.

A stable, comprehensive technical solution supported by professional resources. I've always had good interactions with the staff.

Cons:

That I can see the 997 transactions, confirming that we've received something. It could be that I'm not looking in the right spot within the application. It breaks the self service model, I had to call support to confirm that our 997's were sent once.

Getting set up was easy and support was very helpful and quick to respond. I also like being able to use FTP bulk upload and also having the web interface available when necessary.

Cons:

The web interface could use some tweaks to help with readability and there were some forms that weren't intuitive for end users

Cons:
