Definitely one of the best integrators

We can say that without this tool, our entire sales and dispatch process would be much slower. It's definitely helping us a lot.

Pros:

The most important action we tested is to integrate the ERP with the store's workflow. Integrations work fast and in exact order. Has a support that solves problem numbers.

Cons:

We had some problems at the beginning, such as some types of items giving problems due to their quantity or even the type of product and for that reason the integration just stopped. But support helped us and we managed to solve it

The Brazilian no-code automation tool

Pluga made me able to connect many tools important to my job and automate the boring tasks. Some of these tools, being built for the Brazilian market, were ignored by its more famous competitors and with Pluga I have saved a lot of my precious time.

Pros:

Pluga is an automation and integration tool more focused on the Brazilian market and charged in Reais. This means that you will see a lot of software and tools more common in Brazil, not usually available in international competitors. It comes with a lot of templates and examples ready to use, after a simple integration.

Cons:

Although it's cost-effective, its plans have an event cap and limit to how many automations you have. So, you can be caught in a situation where you have to upgrade only to get more events for your few automation.

Utilizo o pluga principalmente na integração de plataformas de pagamento com ferramenta de automação de e-mail.Assim que um pagamento é efetuado eu recebo uma notificação no meu email e o cliente também recebe uma régua de emails personalizada de acordo com o produto que ele adquiriu. Nossa NPS subiu 1 ponto após implantação desse fluxo, além do maior controle na equipe de vendas.

Cons:

Acontece da integração ser interrompida, principalmente se está integrado a canais que tem atualização constante de API, como o Facebook por exemplo. Basta ficar atento.

Eu nunca soube fazer configurações de integrações, com o pluga é bem facil. O suporte é bom e a plataforma é bem intuitiva.

Cons:

Querendo ou não, realizar integrações é dificil, as vezes elas podem ficar fora do ar do nada. Acredito que o pluga ainda não tenha regularizado certas integrações com ferramentas mais usadas atualmente.
