An app I recommend to anyone who has a serious store and wants to offer quality support to their customers. 5 stars.

It automates the entire process; allows you to hide Chinese mentions and Chinese cities for those who do dropshipping; offers the possibility of integrating triggers in Klaviyo to trigger personalized email flows; and the tracking page is super complete and user-friendly for our customers.

There is quite a high cost between the free and basic plans. There is a bit of a learning curve to understand all of the various options that are available.

Cons:

Pros:

I was delighted to connect with [sensitive content hidden] for instant support on the chat service. We worked though my questions quickly and this is a big draw for me, as they offer 24 hour support (Other competitors I tried don't offer support on the weekends, which is when I have most time to work on the business). So for me, this is a big bonus.

Cons:

So far, one of my suppliers uses a service that can't be tracked but the team are actively working on building a connection with this shipping company so we can use it. I liked the pro-active approach.
