          Read and Sign - A great notification tool that is always improving.

          Overall, Read and Sign has been great for us. It has been a slow uptake but I see and feel that the interest is growing that will lead to wider and more frequent use.

          Pros:
          Product is relatively easy to use, and continuous improvements have been made over the past couple of years of using this system. Customer Support is excellent and, suggestions are taken on board and where possible implemented in future releases. Support and Account Management are super responsive and attentive. Problems are addressed and 1-1 guidance is always on hand when required. The application works well and performance is excellent, the signing process is simple and love the fact that as a company, branding and wording is configurable for guidance to the end user, template wording and acknowledgement wording. The product is reasonably priced making it an attractive solution to notification management across the business which promotes growth across the business. Finally the account manager is approachable, welcoming and responsive. Contract management is not a burden and account manager gives us ample notice for renewal and works well accomodating our procurement process.
          Cons:
          Can be a little fiddly to start with to set up. Re-organisation of Groups, Teams could be a little easier as it is not so intuitive.

          MS Forms was not flexible and again was not flexible enough in configuring the notifications in accordance to the business requirements.

          Was not very flexible at the time and collating feedback and survey results was difficult.

          My experience with Read & Sign has been positive. It’s a fast, reliable, and easy-to-use tool that makes document reviewing and signing simple, despite the limitation of needing constant internet access. Administration and configuration are easy and suits all our needs.

          Fast performance, very easy to review articles, and a simple, intuitive interface that makes documents/notices review quick and straightforward.

          It is only available as a web-based platform, which means you must be connected to a network at all times.

          Easy application to use both for users and administrators. Set up was straightforward with useful guides and help from our Project Manager.
          Cons:
          Initially we were looking to automate reporting of notices not read to group leaders. This was not available but has now been developed and working very well for us, taking strain away from line managers further down the line.

          Honestly, this software just makes life easier. Setup was quick, and no one really needed training, people just get it right away. It’s clean, simple, and doesn’t feel clunky like some of the other tools we’ve tried. The best bit is being able to share important updates or policies and actually see who’s read them. No more guessing, no chasing people, it’s all tracked. That’s been a big help for compliance stuff. Also, their support team is brilliant. Whenever we’ve had an issue (rare, but it happens), they’re quick to reply and sort it out. You can tell they actually care about keeping the product running smoothly.
          Cons:
          The dashboard does the job, but it’s a bit plain. A more modern look with some colour or better visuals would make it nicer to use.

          From day one has been an incredibly easy experience to both configure and continue using regularly. The simple but powerful interface and tools make it easy for other departments to pick up and use with minimal training. From day one have had great support from the [sensitive content hidden] team and any issues have been ironed out very quickly!

          The simple ability to track acknowledgement/understanding. Also the ability to have groups set up to allow notices to be targeted at specific groups/inividuals.
          Cons:
          Formatting of the notices seems a bit clunky - bullet pointing etc. doesn't seem to format how I would like it to. It would be very useful to be able to attach more than one document to a notice.
