Center.ai is, above all, a huge time saver. Thanks to it, we can comprehensively manage business locations without having to manually update the Google Company Profile. I particularly appreciate the Google Maps review categorization function, which allows us to thoroughly analyze the performance of our stores. An additional advantage is the ability to track the position of a location for specific keywords, which improves visibility in the search engine. Center.ai also allows you to publish posts en masse and provides effective protection against unfair changes to your Google Company Profile.

Cons:

Center.ai is most valuable to me because it combines many of the functions we were looking for in tools. I mean SEO functions, store traffic research, and the entire opinion survey section. Center.ai outperforms other solutions due to its comprehensiveness.Protection against changes is extremely beneficial. It ensures us that the company's image will not be affected as a result of changes suggested by users. Center.ai ensures the accuracy of all our business locations' data.The interface is very user-friendly, and everything is easily accessible.

Cons:

The least useful for us is a very detailed analysis of the position of a single business location, it is a very deep analysis. Because I manage a large number of business locations in Center.ai, the tool is focused on previewing items for the entire company.

Yes, we were looking for other tools. Center.ai won because of its comprehensiveness. We were looking for an SEO tool to monitor Google Maps positions, and Center.ai provided us with many other features and capabilities that other competing tools did not.

Our biggest issue was that no one had looked after our business locations for years. There were significant discrepancies in the data. Thanks to Center.ai, we were able to organize all the business locations and information about them, and now we are doing systematic work to improve the visibility of the stores in local SEO. Thanks to Center.ai, we now have the access to important statistical data on business locations, as well as the ability to provide our customers with up-to-date information functioning of the stores.

The Center.ai panel is very user-friendly. It allows us to track the position of business locations on keywords in Google Maps, which is critical for our company. We use Center.ai to publish posts and images about our products and offers in our business locations. I highly rate the ability to work on all business locations' reviews in one panel. This is a very useful feature compared to working through Google Business Profile. The tool requires no training; all functions are intuitive.

Cons:

The only thing we wish we could be able to do is upload an xlsx file with different custom opening hours. However, I am aware that the Center.ai Team is currently working on this, and that this possibility will become available in Q1 2023.

Reasons for switching to LocalZen

Yes, we were using a different tool, but Center turned proved to be a more comprehensive solution.

I value Center.ai above all for saving time. Before using Center.ai, we skipped some activities because manually managing multiple business locations from Google Business Profile is time-consuming, while others, such as creating reports, took a long time. With Center.ai, we can comprehensively approach work on business locations. Moreover, Center.ai extends the capabilities of the Google Business Profile, for example, by categorizing opinions from Google Maps. This function is extremely useful for us because it allows us to examine the performance of our fitness clubs in greater detail and detect positive and negative signals

Most often, I use the feature of bulk posting, in which I communicate about new products and offers. In Center.ai, I also respond to feedback from our customers. Center.ai gives you the ability to categorize reviews from Google Maps, thanks to which we know exactly how often and what our customers write about.

Cons:

Some data is not downloadable directly from the tool, but we receive it via email from the Customer Support Center.ai team.
