Global payments outside of payroll since that would be a game changer so employees don’t have to wait a whole month to get reimbursed

Easy to use and flexible

Overall, I like how easy it is to make use of the LSA to get my purchases reimbursed. The claims are usually approved very quickly, and since my company covers a wide range of purchases, I usually don't have to worry too much about whether a purchase will be covered or not.

I really liked the diverse category options available under the B-Well program on the Forma platform — especially the focus on Financial Wellbeing and Digital Health. It’s great to see that the platform even includes region-specific vendors, catering to localized needs. Additionally, Forma offers seamless integrations with HR systems, making it easy for both employees and employers to track and manage benefit usage efficiently.

Cons:

I think it hard to pick the least liked thing about Forma but as a developer I would feel adding a dark mode to it will enhance the UI and make platform more comfortable to use in low lights.

Mostly happy Forma customer

Overall, still good. Support however is hard route to get in touch with and then not helpful. But its not Support Team's fault that the internal policies change with how submissions work, or need to be labeled.

Easy and fast to submit an expense. My company provides this for our quarterly alotted money towards extras like food and office equipment. Happy that it's so easy and transparent to use.

Great user experience!

I love how Forma is customized for Peloton, with our dollars referred to as PeloBucks. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. I also appreciate the multiple ways to use your funds: through the Forma store, the Forma card, or reimbursement.

The platform is easy to navigate, making it simple to submit reimbursement claims. Additionally, the turnaround time for reimbursement is super fast. I haven't needed to contact Forma support, as everything is straightforward and easy to understand.

I made a typo on one of my claims and I was not able to delete or edit the response so I just submitted it again.
