Best of Class? It looks like—it may well be LeadCRM.

So far so good. I don't want to be able to fix problems. I want the tools to work to speed up my ideation and connections. So far—LeadCRM is looking like a keeper. [I tested 10 CRMs in 30 days... so I've been doing my homework to isolate best of class.]

So far, so good. I was scrambling to identify a connector between a very active LinkedIn account and my recent switch to PipeDrive. LeadCRM worked—unlike Surfe which did not. The support is also 10X from Surfe.
Cons:
Each of these tools is different. To their credit LeadCRM addressed my connection issue (extension conflict) and insisted on working to double-check the solution that actually worked. That's unusual service.

Reasons for switching to LeadCRM

DMs weren't working. Support kept putting off the fix. This after 2 days of trying everything to bot told me to do. I offered a simple fix for my experience: I heard what? Crickets. Customer support is vital at the beginning.

Finally a LinkedIn Pipedrive integration that actually work

We've been using LeadCRM for almost 3 months now and honestly it's been a game changer for our sales process. Before this we were stuck doing manual CSV exports from LinkedIn which was killing our productivity. Now everything syncs automatically between LinkedIn and Pipedrive and the waterfall enrichment fills in contact details we could never find manually. Our sales team loves it because they can stay in LinkedIn and still have all the Pipedrive context they need. Setup took maybe 10 minutes and now we're saving at least 10 hours a week now on data entry alone.

The automatic bi-directional sync between LinkedIn and Pipedrive is fantastic - no more manual work. Waterfall enrichment is probably my favorite feature, it pulls emails and phone numbers from multiple sources so we actually have complete records now. LinkedIn conversation history syncing to Pipedrive is huge for our team because everyone can see the full context before calling. Works perfectly with our basic Sales Navigator Core plan which saves us from expensive upgrades. Chrome extension makes adding prospects super quick while browsing LinkedIn. Support team has been really responsive whenever we had questions. Pricing is very reasonable especially compared to what we were spending on separate enrichment tools before.
Cons:
The only minor thing is the initial field mapping setup took some trial and error to get configured the way we wanted. UI is pretty straightforward but could use some polish here and there. These are really small issues though compared to the value we're getting.

Reasons for choosing LeadCRM

We tried manual CSV imports for months and it was just too time consuming and error prone. Looked at LinkMatch but they didn't have the waterfall enrichment which was important to us. Surfe seemed good but LeadCRM's bi-directional sync and LinkedIn message import features were exactly what our workflow needed. The fact that it works with Sales Navigator Core instead of requiring expensive upgrades sealed the deal. Really happy with our choice so far!

Solid start Solid start, works very well Actually works. It’s a good base to start the integration with HubSpot, and it really helps streamline the process. Setup is straightforward, and once connected, syncing prospects feels smooth. Still some room to grow in features, but as a foundation, it’s already delivering value.

Makes LinkedIn -> Pipedrive workflow effortless

Before this, I was constantly switching between LinkedIn and Pipedrive, updating fields manually, and trying to keep everything consistent. It was a huge time drain. LeadCRM now syncs everything automatically and enriches the data so my leads are complete from the start. Cons:
The initial setup took some tweaking to get right. A bit of trial and error with field mapping. The UI works, but it could definitely look more polished.

Easily Integrates with Pipedrive. Their waterfall enrichment is really good as its customizable. Inbuilt Enrichment seems to be from Rocketreach so saving tons of money by switching from Rocketreach.
Cons:
New software so sometime we face some issue but support is responsive and helps things moving smoothly in no time.

A LinkedIn → Pipedrive integration that actually does what it promises

We’ve been using LeadCRM for a few months now and it’s made a noticeable difference in our workflow. Before this, we were manually exporting CSVs from LinkedIn and updating Pipedrive by hand, which slowed everything down. With LeadCRM, the sync runs automatically and the waterfall enrichment fills in emails and phone numbers we didn’t have before. Game changer for the Pipedrive workflow

Been using LeadCRM for about 8 months and honestly it's made our life much easier. Our account managers using Pipedrive and were spending way too much time copying stuff from LinkedIn. Now it all syncs automatically and they can use the message templates to respond to LinkedIn DMs quickly. The shortcuts make adding new prospects super quick. We are hitting way more activities now because not buried in admin work anymore.

Cons:
Initial setup took maybe 30-40 mins to configure. Interface could look more modern but honestly I don't care as long as it works which it does.
