Easy to use, all-encompassing and customer-oriented

Extremely positive. Eventsquare is a reliable partner who highly values their clients. They don't shy away from going the extra mile for their clients and are open and honest about their working methods, even if that explanation might be detrimental to them.

Pros:

An easy-to-use, all-encompassing platform that can perfectly serve the needs of small and large events. They think along with their customers and always use a customer-oriented approach. They challenge themselves to do better at every event they support. And grow dynamically with their customers and their sector.

Cons:

They are more expensive then other smaller ticketing platforms. However, their features and services are more comprehensive and of noticeably higher quality, which makes the price fair.

Best allround ticketing provider

A++ I have nothing but good to say about EventSquare. They are simply the best fit for our organisation. The pro-active support team has helped us in preventing and correcting mistakes on our side.

Pros:

The design of both public facing and admin screens of EventSquare is contemporary and user friendly. Creating new events is super easy and efficient, and their customer support team is always ready to help us out.

Cons:

In some aspects, EventSquare is too focused on the context of festivals. It can improve its layouts and flows to better fit the concert organisations too.

Reasons for switching to EventSquare

Eventbrite changed pricing and was adding features that were irrelevant for us. We needed a more affordable partner with a better match in features and flexibility.

Fair company with great features and a personal touch

We are now using EventSquare for 10 years and seen the company grow from very small to what is is today selling 2 million tickets a year. The website is clean, simple to use yet still has all features you'd want as an event organiser.

Pros:

The people of EventSquare go for a nice personal approach. When you need some help you get to the right person straight away and problems get resolved.

Cons:

Overall very good experience. Many years ago when the company was smaller and there was the covid-ticket mania (10k+ people trying to reach the servers at the same time) there was some serverissues but the people of EventSquare were live on it. Solved it straight away on that moment, we had a fair agreement afterwords and it never happened again in the future. This is how a company should be and act in my point of view.

Reasons for choosing EventSquare

Eventsquare had mostly the same functionality or in case of something critical included it in their timeline. Also pricewise they were unbeatable

The go to app for ticketing

Little to no problems using this platform. Tickets are ready for sale in just a few clicks and it looks pretty nice.

Great communication with the staff. Easy to use both as promotor and as client. The new scan app is great.

Cons:

Some features are still under construction, such as the waiting list feature. Refunding tickets also costs you some money.

Pros:

The easy access to statistics is nice and I especially like the clear financial reports. The UI is also easy to navigate.

Cons:

Creating tickets to use on multiple events is quite tricky. The embedded iframe also acts weird on certain media views sometimes.

Excellent ticketing system! The back office is clean, intuitive, and packed with useful options and statistics. The helpdesk is always fast and friendly. We're loyal users since 2018, and that really says it all.

Cons:

As a geek, I would like to see more options and statistics in the near future, but I understand that their development team needs to keep up with our wishes. They are doing an excellent job in this regard.

Pros:

A definite highlight is the excellent support. The Eventsquare helpdesk is extremely responsive and always friendly. Whether you’re facing a technical issue or just need advice on how to configure a specific feature, you’ll always receive quick and helpful assistance. That personal touch really makes a difference.

Cons:

Setting up the platform for the first time does require some time and effort. Eventsquare comes packed with features, and it takes a little while to discover and fully leverage all the options. Fortunately, the learning curve is worth it: after running one or two events, you realize how intuitive and flexible the platform truly is.
